Temple Estate is a 7 bedroom villa which sprawls over 3 levels. On the upper ground floor level a 10 x 4 metre L shaped swimming pool takes centre stage, surrounded by a white stone walkway which leads from the parking area first to a large living/dining area, then onto two guest bedrooms. All the ground floor rooms have sliding glass doors opening onto the pool and garden area, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The long open plan main room houses a solid suar wood dining table with 8 banana leaf dining chairs. A wall unit runs the length of the dining table displaying artefacts from South East Asia, books and a Bluetooth stereo unit. Matching the dining chairs a banana leaf L shaped sofa provides comfortable lounging looking out over the pool at the stone statues and frangipani trees in the garden. Four bar stools flank a granite bar leading into a modern and well equipped kitchen with hot and cold drinking water dispenser, toaster, blender, microwave, fridge/freezer, fan oven, gas hob, silverware and flatware.

Quality Duvets, pillows and scatter cushions adorn the twin beds in the first guest bedroom and the queen sized bed in the second. Both rooms have teak side and dressing tables, walk through wardrobes, safety deposit boxes and en suites; the en suite in the queen room is open air with its own garden – totally private you can take a shower under the stars. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The twin beds can be joined to make a king sized bed. 

From the kitchen a short passage way leads to the lower ground floor level which consists of three separate villas.

The main villa runs the length of the pool and houses a master bedroom, twin bedroom (both with en suite) and a large open plan living and kitchen area. Adjacent to the main villa are two identical self contained one bedroom villas; one enjoying a view of the pool and the other looking onto the lush tropical garden.

French windows open onto the garden and pool area from the master bedroom. Here a four-poster antique bed is complimented by antique occasional furniture. Hidden behind the bed is a large walk through wardrobe and dressing table, which leads to an attractive open air en suite, complete with bathtub, sitting shower and a standing shower in the private garden under a frangipani tree.

The twin bedroom is optional depending on group size. Here twin single beds enjoy a view of the bedrooms private rock garden. The room has en suite with standing shower and attractive stone wash basin.

All the bedrooms are equipped with TV’s and DVD players, the master bedroom has cable TV. All rooms are air-conditioned and have safety deposit boxes. Both the twin bedroom and master bedroom connect to the living area.

The spacious living area enjoys a wall-to-wall view over the garden and pool through three French windows. These can be opened onto the garden or closed off enabling the room to be air-conditioned. A large L shaped banana leaf sofa and a day bed provide comfortable lounging areas, which maximise the garden view. Guests can enjoy an awesome cinema experience watching the 42” Smart TV with surround sound Home Theatre System and HD satellite channels, plus enjoy listing to music via the Home Theatre Systems Bluetooth connection. Antique artefacts and furnishings adorn this space complemented by contemporary artwork – creating a rarefied ambience. A long black granite bar partitions the living area from the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with large fridge/freezer, gas oven and hobs, double sink, hot and cold drinking water dispenser, toaster, blender and juicer, plus quality flatware and silverware.

The two identical one-bedroom villas both enjoy private open-air terraces with lounge, dining and kitchen areas, plus garden views. The kitchens are equipped with fridge/freezers, toasters, hot and cold drinking water dispensers and gas hobs. Both double bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, rattan chairs, plus built in wardrobes and dressing tables. The guest room en suites enjoy open air showers and rock gardens.

Four sun loungers flank the lap pool; two at either end on white palimanan stone patios. A large day bed also provides sun lounging space for 2 people between the bungalows.  Also in the garden a round dining table (sits 8) enjoys the breeze and is situated under a gazebo for shade. Adjacent is a Italian gas BBQ. 

On the first floor the master bedroom enjoys a private balcony with easy chairs overlooking the garden and pool. A queen sized bed stands against a dividing wall across the centre of the room hiding a large walk in wardrobe and dressing area behind. A power shower, vanity and toilet are found in the connecting bathroom, plus the master suites boast bath tubs also, plus a flat screen TV and DVD players. As with all the rooms the master bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. 

A 9’ American pool table stands proud in the centre of the main first floor room, accompanied by a teak bar table with stools and a Bluetooth stereo system. Leading off this first floor hub is the media room (Smart TV/ Home Theatre System & lounging for 6 people) and a bar (fridge & 2 bar stools) leading onto a large balcony. A gazebo sits 8 for dining on the balcony beside the BBQ. An additional dining table can be set up on the balcony for large groups.
